ok this recipe is simple and more about how many your cooking for than certain amts.
ingredients
boneless/skinless ck (however many you need to cook)
salsa (your choice to what kind, i usually use a big jar and a small one)
-pour half your salsa in crock pot
-put your ck in pot
-cover your chicken with rest of salsa
-cook for about 4 hours
i serve it over white or whole grain brown rice with some green beans as a side!
you could also cook it in a skillet if you dont have a crock pot...just brown your chicken then add salsa let simmer till bubbles then cover with lid turn down low till chicken is all the way cooked thru!

***Cream Cheese Pie
this recipe is super easy to make!
ingredients
cup sugar
pkg cream cheese, softened
8oz cool whip
1 ready maid pie crust (graham cracker)
-mix sugar and cream cheese until smoothe and creamy
-mix in cool whip till blended in (fold it in)
-chill in fridge for a couple hrs..the longer it has to set the better it is!

***Coconut Cake
this cake is awesome and very moist!
ingredients
8oz sour cream
coconut cake mix and what it calls for
cup sugar
big bag of coconut
can condensed milk
big container of cool whip
-mix sour cream, cup of sugar and 1/2 bag of coconut in bowl (put in fridge while cake bakes)
-bake cake according to directions
-as soon as cake comes out take a straw (or could use knife but straw is better) and poke holes in it
-pour cond milk over top
-take half of the refridgerated mixture and put over top of warm cake
-let cake cool completely and add 1/2 container of cool whip to other half of coconut mixture stir well and put on top of cake.
-take rest of the cool whip and put on cake then sprinkle with coconut.

***Creole Cake
Cake-
2c. flour
1 1/2c. sugar
1t. baking soda
pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
Glaze:
1 stick butter
1 1/2 can evaporated milk
1c. sugar
1t. vanilla
Cook 5min. Add-
1/2c. coconut
1/2c. pecans
Mix cake ingrediants together. Pour into greased cake pan and bake at 350 for 40min or until done.
In pot mix all ingrediants together for glaze. Cook over med. heat for 5min. Add coconut
& pecans
Add coconut & pecans to glaze.
Pour glaze over cake

1 pizza crust mix
1c. cheddar cheese
2/3c. mayo
2/3c. pizza sauce
1 tomato, small diced
1c. shredded lettuce
Cook bacon til crisp.Drain & crumble.
Prepare crust.
Spread mayo & sauce, add bacon,tomato & cheese.
Bake at 425* for 10-15min. top w/ lettuce

Place wafers in bottom of cupcake papers & fill 1/2 full w/ cream cheese mix.
Bake at 325* for 15-20.
Cool and top w/ filling.
